Role Overview

As a Management Trainee (Sales) at Greenply Industries, you will undergo a structured training program to develop core sales and business development skills. You will be exposed to various aspects of sales strategy, client management, and market analysis to prepare for a future leadership role in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Support sales team in executing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for branding and promotional activities.
  • Attend sales meetings, client presentations, and industry networking events.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: MBA in Marketing/Sales from top B-schools batch 2023 or 2024.
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Location Flexibility: Willing to travel or relocate as per business requirements.
