Role Overview
As a Management Trainee (Sales) at Greenply Industries, you will undergo a structured training program to develop core sales and business development skills. You will be exposed to various aspects of sales strategy, client management, and market analysis to prepare for a future leadership role in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
