Role Overview
As a Management Trainee – B2B Sales & Marketing, you’ll be part of the founding cohort of our B2B vertical. This is a high-growth role designed for fresh MBA graduates who are passionate about sales, distribution, and building business relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with a senior advisor and leadership team to:
- Build and streamline B2B sales processes
- Execute marketing initiatives tailored to institutional and bulk buyers
- Identify opportunities across HoReCa, modern trade, and channel partnerships
- Learn client acquisition, account management, and B2B deal structuring
- Become the future face of B2B strategy at Patanwala
Skills Required
✅ Analytical thinking and attention to detail
✅ Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
✅ Interest in research, data interpretation, and strategic thinking
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
