β Education: MBA Batch 2024, 2025, 2026 (2026 batch if you are able to do full time job).

β Interview by the company and final selection.
β 45 days paid sales trainee role, then full-time job opportunity as a Sales Executive.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Frontline Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
πΉ Market Research & Analysis β Understanding product demand, customer preferences, and competitor insights.
πΉ Retailer & Distributor Engagement β Building relationships with retailers, distributors, and carpenters to drive sales.
πΉ On-Ground Sales Execution & Lead Generation β Implementing sales strategies, conducting promotional activities, and meeting sales targets.
πΉ Data Collection & Reporting β Tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
πΉ Fieldwork & Customer Interaction β Gaining hands-on experience by visiting potential customers and pitching products.
