Role Overview

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, which means no filters, no buffers, and no room for mediocrity. One day you’ll be deep-diving into market insights, the next you’ll be driving execution reviews across sales, marketing, and supply chain, and the day after you may be shaping strategy for the next big product launch. The expectations will be high, the learning curve steep, and you will be pushed beyond your comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO on business planning, strategic projects, and execution follow-through.
- Analyze business performance across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance; generate insights and recommend actions.
- Lead OKR tracking and drive monthly business reviews with functional heads.
- Act as a project manager for key initiatives, including new product launches, channel expansion, and operational improvements.
- Drive market research, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking; translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (2023, 2024, 2025 batch)
- CAT score 95%+ (or equivalent academic excellence)
- Strong academic foundation with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Prior exposure (internship or work) in consulting, strategy, FMCG, or D2C/e-commerce is a strong plus
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
