The MBA to Corporate program is a front-line sales training program specifically designed for students from Tier-2 and Tier-3 MBA colleges across India. Purpose of The Program

For these MBA students, the transition from academia to the corporate world can be challenging. The purpose of our MBA to Corporate program is to ease this transition by offering comprehensive career development solutions that equip students with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s competitive job market. Through real-world experience, essential job skills training, and mentorship from industry leaders, we ensure that MBA students are fully prepared to succeed in their professional careers.

Program Overview

Six-month paid internships with leading companies with stipends starting from 10,000, offering valuable hands-on experience.
Ongoing mentorship and guidance from industry leaders throughout the internship to support your professional growth.
Opportunity to receive a pre-placement offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the internship with a starting package of 4L-5L per annum.
Continued mentorship for 4-5 years after placement, helping you advance in your career and achieve managerial roles.

How can you participate in this program?

Candidates will complete a series of online assessments, consisting of six projects, including an aptitude test, FMCG sales questionnaire, LinkedIn profile evaluation, sales practical, and video interview. And at last, candidates will participate in a client interview. This evaluation will help us measure their willingness to embrace challenges, as well as their sincerity, integrity, discipline, and career aspirations.
Upon successfully completing the projects, candidates will enter a 15-day training period. This phase consists of unpaid field and classroom training, where participants will work with their respective companies during the day. In the evenings, they will attend online training sessions covering industry insights, sales techniques, customer engagement, and a customer-centric approach.
After successfully completing the 15-day training period, selected candidates will be offered a 6-month internship with a stipend of Rs 10,000 + travel expenses. During this internship, candidates will work six days a week.

Training and Development of Candidate

Throughout the internship, assignments and reading materials will be provided to enhance knowledge. Based on assessments, candidates will receive guidance to improve their communication skills and personal development.
Mentorship: You’ll be paired with experienced mentors for personalized guidance, support, and feedback. Guidance: Expect clear objectives, regular check-ins, and constructive feedback to help you meet your goals. Weekly Online Sessions: Participate in interactive sessions with industry leaders to gain insights, share experiences, and build a professional network.
We have developed a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate training, mentorship, and seamless project submission.

Pre-placement Offer Overview

Bejobbed offers not just a sales internship but also the opportunity for a full-time position within a company. Pre-placement offers will be based on the intern’s demonstrated skills, commitment, and performance in meeting the company’s objectives. All qualified candidates will receive a full-time role with their respective companies, starting with a CTC of 5 LPA.
