Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an Ecommerce Lead with strong experience in Indian D2C ecommerce, including marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.), and the brandโ€™s own website. Experience in international ecommerce markets will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Lead Brillareโ€™s overall Ecommerce businessโ€”starting with the India market as the core focus, followed by expansion into international online channels.
  • Manage end-to-end D2C operations: website performance, conversion improvement, consumer journeys, and growth planning.
  • Drive marketplace performance (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) including pricing, cataloging, promotions, advertising, and P&L management.
  • Build and execute ecommerce growth strategies for India, while simultaneously identifying opportunities for global expansion.
  • Conduct consumer, category & competitor analysis to strengthen brand positioning and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage performance marketing budgets across domestic and global platforms.
  • Develop a structured roadmap for entering international marketplaces, distributors, or cross-border ecommerce channels.
  • Lead partnerships, negotiations, and collaborations with platforms, agencies, and global ecommerce partners.
  • Monitor performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Build, mentor, and manage the internal team and agency ecosystem required for seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • 4โ€“6 years of core D2C and Ecommerce experience, preferably in beauty/personal care or consumer categories.
  • Must have hands-on experience managing both marketplaces and company website for Indian consumers.
  • Experience in international ecommerce (Middle East, SEA, US, EU, etc.) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics, performance marketing, and platform-specific growth levers.
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce revenue and driving strong ROI.
  • Graduate + MBA from Tier-1 institutes preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an ownership mindset.
