Role Overview
Spinndecor is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive growth and strengthen its presence in the furnishing industry. This is a frontline leadership role where you will be responsible for managing sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding market share in Delhi NCR.
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with proven success in the blinds and wallpaper segment and deep knowledge of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve business targets within the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
- Expand market presence through new business development and channel expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
- Ensure regular client visits and strong retail visibility.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and share periodic sales reports with management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furnishing sales (blinds/wallpapers essential).
- Strong understanding of the Delhi / NCR market with proven networks.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
