Eligibility Criteria
✅ Bejobbed Project 1 – Guiding you on LinkedIn profiling importance and MCQ on assessing your problem-solving, logical reasoning, and FMCG sales skills.
✅ Bejobbed Project 2 – Visiting 10 retailers and 2 distributors or wholesalers and generate a market research report.
✅ Education: MBA Batch 2024, 2025, 2026 (2026 batch if you are able to do full time job).
✅ Strong aspiration to build a career in sales.

✅ After finishing projects interview preparation by Bejobbed.
✅ Interview by the company and final selection.
✅ 2 months paid sales trainee role then full-time job opportunity as a Sales Executive.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Frontline Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
🔹 Market Research & Analysis – Understanding product demand, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
🔹 Retailer & Distributor Engagement – Establishing and nurturing relationships with retailers and distributors to boost sales.
🔹 On-Ground Sales Execution – Implementing sales strategies, conducting promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.
🔹 Data Collection & Reporting – Monitoring sales performance, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing market trends.
🔹 Fieldwork & Customer Interaction – Engaging with potential customers, showcasing products, and strengthening brand presence.
