Eligibility Criteria
MBA (Freshers) or Final-Year MBA Students – Preferred specializations: Marketing, Sales, Retail, or General Management.
Candidates complete 6 structured projects to develop sales skills and industry knowledge:
1️⃣ Online Aptitude Test – Assessing problem-solving and logical reasoning.
2️⃣ Sales Basics Questionnaire – Understanding FMCG sales fundamentals through MCQs.
3️⃣ LinkedIn Profile Building – Creating a professional digital presence for networking.
4️⃣ Market Survey – Visiting 15 retailers to analyze product demand and competition.
5️⃣ Distributor Information Gathering – Engaging with 4 distributors to understand supply chain operations.
6️⃣ Online Video Interview – Evaluating communication and presentation skills.
Training Period (After Completing Projects)
15 days unpaid training that covers sales techniques, market strategy, negotiation, and business acumen.
Paid Internship
3 to 6 months paid internship with rupees 10,000 stipend per month + travel expenses.

Role: Frontline Sales Trainee
As a Frontline Sales Trainee at Pratap Snacks, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Market Research & Analysis – Understanding product demand, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
🔹 Retailer & Distributor Engagement – Establishing and nurturing relationships with retailers and distributors to boost sales.
🔹 On-Ground Sales Execution – Implementing sales strategies, conducting promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.
🔹 Data Collection & Reporting – Monitoring sales performance, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing market trends.
🔹 Fieldwork & Customer Interaction – Engaging with potential customers, showcasing products, and strengthening brand presence.
Eligibility Criteria
1️⃣ Education: MBA in Marketing/Sales/other batch 2024, 2025, 2026
