Eligibility Criteria

1️⃣ LinkedIn Profile Building & Online Aptitude Test – Guiding you on LinkedIn profiling importance and assessing problem-solving, logical reasoning, and FMCG sales career.

2️⃣ Market Survey – Visiting 10 retailers and 2 distributors or wholesalers and generate a research report.

Training Period (After Completing Projects)

15 days unpaid training that covers sales techniques, market strategy, negotiation, and business acumen.

Paid Internship

3 months paid internship with rupees 10,000-15,000 stipend per month + travel expenses.

Role: Frontline Sales Trainee

As a Frontline Sales Trainee at Pratap Snacks, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Market Research & Analysis – Understanding product demand, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
🔹 Retailer & Distributor Engagement – Establishing and nurturing relationships with retailers and distributors to boost sales.
🔹 On-Ground Sales Execution – Implementing sales strategies, conducting promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.
🔹 Data Collection & Reporting – Monitoring sales performance, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing market trends.
🔹 Fieldwork & Customer Interaction – Engaging with potential customers, showcasing products, and strengthening brand presence.

Eligibility Criteria

1️⃣ Education: MBA in Marketing/Sales/other batch 2024, 2025, 2026

2️⃣ Strong aspiration to build a career in sales
