Role Overview
Bakelite Food is looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive 360° brand-building: digital, trade marketing, BTL activations, content strategy, and sales-linked campaigns. This is a high-ownership role combining strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Strategy
- Build & execute ROI-focused marketing plans tied to sales targets.
- Lead digital performance: Meta/Google ads, SEO, creator/UGC programs.
- Build content calendars and strengthen brand narrative across social channels.
Trade & BTL Marketing
- Supervise promoters, in-store branding, retail campaigns and POP materials.
- Conduct frequent market visits to understand consumer behaviour & retailer feedback.
- Execute sampling drives, exhibitions, society-level activations & brand experiences.
Digital & E-Commerce
- Oversee website updates and ensure product listings are optimised.
- Track analytics (traffic, conversions, ROAS, CAC) and produce monthly dashboards.
- Mentor Social Media Analyst and guide on content quality & performance.
Stakeholder + Budget Management
- Collaborate with agencies, designers, videographers & event partners.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively with ROI accountability.
- Drive new product launches and festive campaigns end-to-end.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in FMCG/consumer brand marketing.
- Strong grip on digital channels, paid performance and analytics.
- Ability to execute both strategic and on-ground marketing.
- Excellent communication, planning and cross-functional stakeholder management.
