Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and expand our B2B and B2C verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forging relationships with HR leaders across industries (B2B) and reaching out to individual professionals seeking career mentoring and development (B2C).

Key Responsibilities

🔹 B2B Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify and connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and L&D Managers of companies across sectors.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients for employee career mentoring solutions, training programs, and workshops.
  • Pitch customized HPCP services to organizations for bulk mentoring, career planning modules, or employee engagement programs.

🔹 B2C Outreach & Engagement

  • Attract and onboard individual professionals seeking personal career guidance and training.
  • Leverage online platforms, webinars, and partnerships to generate B2C leads.
  • Understand client goals and career challenges to recommend suitable HPCP mentoring plans.

🔹 Lead Generation & CRM

  • Drive multi-channel lead generation (email, LinkedIn, networking, cold calls).
  • Maintain pipeline of prospects and follow-ups using CRM or other tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams to align BD strategies with outreach campaigns.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior HR stakeholders
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset and business acumen
  • Experience in career services, HRTech, EdTech, or consulting domain preferred
  • Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and virtual client interactions
  • Strong planning, reporting, and pipeline management skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent MBA graduates (2023/2024/2025) with a background in Sales & Business Development
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate from tier 1 or tier 2 management schools in India.
  • Energetic, coachable, and eager to take ownership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior leaders
