Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistance & Coordination

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate business engagements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.

2. Strategic & Business Projects

  • Assist in research, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple verticals.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing projects and prepare status updates for the Chairman.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with business heads, partners, investors, and clients on behalf of the Founder.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action points.

4. Cross-Functional Exposure

  • Gain hands-on experience across RNS Group’s core businesses – QSR, Warehousing, Tea Exports, Finance, and Real Estate.
  • Participate in operational reviews and business planning sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates from the top 10 MBA colleges in India from the 2023, 2024 batch.
  • CAT score 95% and above.
  • Individuals with a business family background with consulting experience.
  • People with entrepreneurship experience are preferred.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Flexible and adaptive, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business engagements.
