Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand our presence in Quick Commerce and E-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3+ years of experience managing accounts with platforms such as Swiggy, Zepto, and Blinkit, along with additional experience in Key Account Management roles within the Ecommerce sector. Key Responsibilities

🔹 Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across Quick Commerce and E-commerce platforms.
🔹 Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to enhance product visibility, availability, and sales performance on partner platforms.
🔹 Product Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process of new products, ensuring optimal catalog placement, competitive pricing, and accurate descriptions.
🔹 Promotional Activities: Collaborate with platform partners to plan and execute advertising campaigns, offers, and promotions to drive sales growth.
🔹 Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior customer experience.
🔹 Market Intelligence: Stay updated with platform trends, new feature rollouts, and evolving consumer behavior in the Quick Commerce and E-commerce sectors.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ Approximately 3 years of experience managing accounts on Quick Commerce platforms, with additional experience in Key Account Management roles within the E-commerce sector.
✅ Demonstrated experience with platforms such as Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
✅ Strong understanding of Quick Commerce dynamics, consumer behavior, and platform-specific promotional strategies.
✅ Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed revenue targets.
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel for deriving actionable insights.
✅ A passionate and persistent go-getter with a keen interest in building new brands and categories.
