Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition on live HR and talent projects.
• Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
• Contribute to employee engagement, HR operations, and analytics.
• Assist in HR data management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Participate in projects related to Talent Management and Employer Branding.
• Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to go beyond assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile

• MBA (HR) – Batch of 2024 or 2025.
• Strong learning attitude and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, driven, and willing to take initiative and work hard when required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
