Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition on live HR and talent projects.
- Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Contribute to employee engagement, HR operations, and analytics.
- Assist in HR data management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Participate in projects related to Talent Management and Employer Branding.
- Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to go beyond assigned tasks.
Candidate Profile
- MBA (HR) – Batch of 2024 or 2025.
- Strong learning attitude and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, driven, and willing to take initiative and work hard when required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
