Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to build Bake-lite’s institutional presence across hotels, hospitals, corporates, cafés, QSRs, and retail chains. This is a high-energy, field-intensive role requiring polished communication and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional & Channel Development

  • Identify and open new institutional accounts.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn & in-person meetings.
  • Drive sampling, demos and trial-to-conversion cycles.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships.
  • Territory & Stakeholder Management
  • Work with distributors, promoters and retail teams to enable deeper market penetration.
  • Conduct structured market visits and competitor benchmarking.
  • Maintain CRM pipelines, sales forecasts and weekly visit reports.

Marketing & Activation Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing teams for exhibitions, sampling activities, BTL activations and brand stalls.
  • Represent the brand professionally across all customer touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in sales (FMCG or B2B/institutional preferred).
  • Excellent communication, selling skills and grooming.
  • Strong ownership and ability to independently run a territory.
  • Comfortable with daily on-ground travel.
