Role & Responsibilities
- Assisted in managing primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company targets.
- Supported distributor operations including order management, stock planning, and ensuring timely product availability in the market.
- Conducted regular market visits to enhance product visibility, placement, and brand presence across retail outlets.
- Strengthened retailer relationships by ensuring consistent engagement, improving order frequency, and driving repeat business.
- Executed merchandising activities to maintain visibility standards and maximize in-store impact.
- Gathered and analyzed market intelligence related to competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional schemes.
- Monitored stock levels at distributor and retail points to avoid stock-outs and ensure continuous product availability.
- Assisted in implementing sales promotions, trade schemes, and new product launches in the assigned geography.
- Tracked sales performance and provided regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensured adherence to company policies, processes, and reporting systems.
