Role Overview

Bake-lite is seeking a Social Media Analyst who can manage content execution, digital communication, and customer interactions. You will be the online face and voice of the brand across all digital platforms while also ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care (Voice of the Brand)

• Respond promptly & professionally across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, and phone calls (~15–20 calls/day).
• Maintain a polite, empathetic and brand-consistent tone.
• Track, follow-up and close customer complaints and queries in an organized

Social Media Executive

• Manage posts, stories, reels, captions and scheduling across social channels.
• Review agency creatives for quality and brand alignment.
• Shoot basic product videos and short-form content as required.
• Assist with festive campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Track weekly metrics and prepare performance dashboards.
• Update content on website/e-commerce platforms when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English; Marathi/Hindi preferred.
• Experience in social media execution and customer interaction.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to shoot/edit basic content.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable with hands-on multi-tasking.
