About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and grounded Chartered Accountant (1st, 2nd, or 3rd attempt) with 1–3 years of experience or Mcom/Bcom with 5-7 years of work experience to manage core accounting and financial operations. The selected candidate will lead a small team, ensure accurate reporting, and partner with management to drive data-backed decision-making during this exciting phase of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, payables/receivables, and reconciliations.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 4–5 B.Com executives.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and CA firms for audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory norms (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Provide financial insights to management for planning and strategy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal financial controls.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Chartered Accountant (1st, 2nd, or 3rd attempt) with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Or Mcom/Bcom with 5-7 years of work experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, dairy, or consumer goods preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Stable, reliable, and proactive professional who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
