Role Overview
As a Management Trainee – Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy, you will be part of a structured leadership development program that immerses you in the world of digital branding, content creation, and performance marketing.You will gain hands-on exposure to social media management, website content strategy, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling, with a clear roadmap toward leadership roles in digital marketing or brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance Spinn Décor’s online visibility and consumer engagement.
- Manage and create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop content calendars, promotional campaigns, and product storytelling pieces.
- Support website optimization efforts – from SEO-friendly product listings and landing pages to blog content and digital catalogues.
- Analyze campaign performance, web traffic, and audience insights to improve reach and conversion rates.
- Research and identify potential influencer partnerships and digital collaborations that align with the brand’s values.
- Stay updated with digital trends, visual storytelling techniques, and competitor strategies in the home décor space.
- Participate in strategic marketing discussions, product launches, and digital innovation projects.
Who Can Apply
- MBA/PGDM students (2023, 2024, 2025 Batch) – preferably with a specialization in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Brand Management.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and consumer branding.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, or Canva will be an advantage.
