What does the MBA to Corporate program offer?

It offers a six-month paid internship, ongoing mentorship from industry leaders, opportunities for Pre-Placement Offers (PPO), and long-term career guidance for 4-5 years to help students advance into managerial roles.

How do I participate in the program?

Candidates need to complete a series of online assessments, which include aptitude tests, FMCG sales questionnaires, practical sales tasks, video interviews, and LinkedIn profile evaluations, followed by a client interview.

Is the internship paid?

Yes, selected candidates will receive a six-month internship with a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month, working six days a week.

What kind of mentorship is provided during the internship?

You will be paired with experienced mentors who will offer personalized guidance, feedback, and regular check-ins to help you develop professionally.

What training will I receive during the internship?

Assignments, reading materials, and weekly online sessions with industry leaders will help you build essential skills, improve communication, and expand your professional network.

Can I receive a full-time job offer after the internship?

Yes, successful interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their performance, which could lead to a full-time role with a starting CTC of 5 LPA.

Who is eligible to apply?

The program is open to MBA students from the 2024 or 2025 batch enrolled in an authorized university in India, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
