– Achieve distribution & in-store execution (visibility) objectives
– Ensure quality of products at distributor & trade
– Coach & lead the front line sales force (MIA & T-MIA) (Off role & On role employees )
– Distributor & customer (retail & wholesale) management
– Previous experience of territory is important & mandatoryAdditional Requirement
– Good exposure to distribution, distributors and Retailers.
– Ability to relate to People and communicate clearly
– Good Communication skills
– Organizational and planning skills
Experience: Graduate mandatory (MBA degree will add value) 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG.
