  • Job Description:
    1. Translating the annual sales plan into quarterly and monthly, weekly operational plans and developing an area scale, sales targets and volume goals for each product/brand, in consultation with the sales head.
    2. Managing distributors to ensure primary the sales plan is achieved as per defined objectives.
    3. Ensure timely clearance of outstanding payments from distributors.
    4. Capturing feedback from retailers on the secondary scheme, NPD and distribution services.
    5. Resolving retailer complaints with company or distributor.
    6. Discussing service feedback with respective distributors as obtained from outlets.
    7. Creating area coverage expansion plan based on market intelligence and inputs from SO.
    8. Implementing the coverage expansion in alignment with company objectives and RSM.
    9. Ensuring new distributor on-boarding as per defined norms.
